Candy German August Box

Hello again everyone around the world. Another Candy German summer box is waiting for you. Some may already have received it, some may still waiting for the box to arrive. We always ship on the 15th of each month directly from Germany. It depends on your location, how long the box needs to get to your door. In general it takes about 10 to 15 days for the box to arrive – sometimes some days longer or shorter. Thank you for your patience! Without further ado, we will dig into this month’s Candy German box immediately.

Pom-Bär Ketchup Style

Pom-Bears are a all time favorite in your summer Candy German subscription box. You told us that you loved them in the past years, especially the ketchup style sort, so here it is again. Pom-Bär is a very well known product by the German company Intersnack. I remember Pom-Bär being a new product when I was a kid – it was really a must-have. Back then only the original sort was available, later other sorts completed the assortment. All sorts have in common that they are gluten free, without artificial flavor enhancers or artificial coloring, and they contain pure sunflower oil. The Pom-Bears Ketchup Style are very crunchy and tasty and have an intense ketchup flavor. They are pleasantly salty and not as greasy as normal potato chips are. Enjoy your Pom-Bears!

MAOAM Sauer Kracher

In Germany we say: "Sour makes you happy!" Perhaps that’s why the German candy company Haribo invented this sort of the well known German candy MAOAM Kracher. They want to make you happy, and I think they will achieve this goal again. As you may have noticed by now "sauer" is the German word for sour. The German word Kracher can be understood in the sense of crusher or noisemaker. The Sauer Kracher come in the flavors lemon, orange, lime, cherry, and cola. They are sprinkled with sour sugar and filled with a sour sherbet filling. It’s really fun to eat the MAOAM Kracher, the bubbly sherbet filling is phenomenal and completes the fruity goodies harmonically.

Katjes Fred Ferkel

Fred Ferkel means Fred the piglet. Aren’t those little Freds cute? They consist of a foamy gummy that does not include gelatin – so this product is vegetarian. Katjes has a lot of vegetarian products, they all taste phenomenally good. The piglets are very fruity and sweet, but not too sweet. I cannot stop eating them once the bag is open. I’m sure you will feel the same. Enjoy!

NicNacs The Double-Crunch-Peanuts

NicNacs are a product by the German potato chips and snacks producer Lorenz. These double-crunch-peanuts are covered in a spicy and crunchy shell. So simple, so very good! The coating reminds me of a barbecue flavor, it’s very salty and kind of cheesy. It’s difficult to describe the flavor correctly, but what I can say is that the NicNacs are extraordinarily good.

Leibniz Zoo Original

We sent a lot of different Leibniz products over the past years, but this one is a new treat in your Candy German subscription box. Especially kids will love the Leibniz Zoo, a variation of the company’s original Leibniz cookie. The little animal shaped biscuits do not only taste extremely good, they are a perfect toy for kids too.

Edel Himbeer Bonbons

This month’s last candy is a very traditional one by the German candy manufacture Edel. Raspberry hard candies have always been a popular treat for young and old in Germany. The raspberry shaped candies are very fruity and addictive.
