That's quite an unusual name for a chocolate bar, but Lindt has done everything right with it, as usual. Many people think that Lindt is a German company but actually it is based in Switzerland. The Hello Nice To Sweet You… chocolate bars, as well as many others of their products, are produced in Germany. So you could say it's a German/Suisse treat. Lindt & Sprüngli, that's the whole name of the company, is worldwide known for its premium chocolates. Lindt chocolate was the first chocolate ever that was creamy and melty. Before that chocolate was a crumbly substance which was pressed by hand. Lindt reached the special melty texture by inventing the conching which is simply the permanent kneading for about 24 to 60 hours at 110 degrees. This process smooths the chocolate. During the conching Lindt adds cocoa butter to their products. There is a rumor that in 1879 Rodolphe Lindt, one of the founders of the company, forgot to switch off the kneading machine across the weekend and so the conching was developed by accident. Who knows, but it's a nice story. What is a fact is that you can experience the taste of conched chocolate when you eat the Hello Nice To Sweet You Frozen Yogurt bar. It's a unique chocolate experience, kind of a smooth and delicious gourmet taste. The creamy milk chocolate and the fruity frozen yogurt filling complete one another perfectly. Hello I love you Frozen Yogurt bar!
I know you missed your Milka treats during summer. Probably you are very happy finding the Milka Choco Trio in your Candy German box. There are five individually wrapped cakes in your box. Why are these cakes named Choco Trio? Because they consists of three layers: There is a delicious chocolate filling, a dark chocolate cake, and a light biscuit dough. All of this is covered in milk chocolate. Wow Milka… you pamper us!
MAOAM is a very traditional and well-known brand by the German candy company Haribo. If you are a long-time Candy German member you already received some MAOAM treats. This month we have a new MAOAM product for you, the Maoam Crazy Roxx. In your package you find a mixture of big rocks and small pebbles. Every item is a unique one, they are all different in size and shape. The chewy toffees, that’s what the Roxx actually are, come in the flavors orange, strawberry, lemon, apple, and raspberry. They are very fruity and will satisfy every sweet tooth - yummy!
We thought one Lindt bar in your German candy subscription box is not enough, so here comes the second bar. Lindt stands for high quality chocolate. If you buy a Lindt chocolate bar you have to pay more, but you also get more. Their chocolates are just phenomenal. So is this bar: Either you got the Lindt Creation Papaya bar or the Lindt Creation Mango-Maracuja (mango and passion fruit) bar. Both are very thick, because they have a rich fruit filling that is surrounded by delicious creamy milk chocolate. Do I have to say more? The fruit fillings are so good and they fit to the milk chocolate harmonically. The perfect summer chocolate!
Yay Ritter Sport! I don’t know how many different Ritter Sport bars you already got in your monthly candy subscription box from Germany, but I’m sure you loved all of them. Same for the Ritter Sport Marzipan bar. The marzipan paste is surrounded by dark chocolate. In my opinion marzipan and dark chocolate belong together like Christmas and snow. Try it, you will see what I mean.
This Knoppers nut bar is very new on the market. Before, there were only Knoppers sandwiches. Probably you know these, because we sent them before. The nut bar reminds me of a Snickers bar and not so much of a Knoppers sandwich. But I love Snickers, so that’s perfect for me. Perhaps the Knoppers Nussriegel can be seen as the German Snickers. What do you think? Like Snickers the Knoppers bar has hazelnuts in caramel inside. What is different from Snickers is that there is a wafer inside the bar, which gives it an extra crunch and the milk cream layer is typically for Knoppers. Thumbs up for the German candy producer Storck!
The German company Eckes that is located in Nieder-Olm in Germany was founded in 1857. Back then it was a producer of spirituous beverages. Since 1930 they produce fruit juices, 1994 they bought the brand granini that is known for its premium fruit juices. Today the company’s name is Eckes-Granini, every child in Germany knows granini juice. For many years they also produce candy like the one we put in your monthly candy subscription box. The cherry bonbons have a liquid filling that is very fruity. They are also high in vitamin C. Yummy!
These little Haribo gummies come in the flavors lemon, orange, pineapple, raspberry, blackcurrant, and strawberry. They are very fruity and yummy!
