Lindt Hello Nice To Sweet You Frozen Yogurt

That's quite an unusual name for a chocolate bar, but Lindt has done everything right with it, as usual. Many people think that Lindt is a German company but actually it is based in Switzerland. The Hello Nice To Sweet You… chocolate bars, as well as many others of their products, are produced in Germany. So you could say it's a German/Suisse treat. Lindt & Sprüngli, that's the whole name of the company, is worldwide known for its premium chocolates. Lindt chocolate was the first chocolate ever that was creamy and melty. Before that chocolate was a crumbly substance which was pressed by hand. Lindt reached the special melty texture by inventing the conching which is simply the permanent kneading for about 24 to 60 hours at 110 degrees. This process smooths the chocolate. During the conching Lindt adds cocoa butter to their products. There is a rumor that in 1879 Rodolphe Lindt, one of the founders of the company, forgot to switch off the kneading machine across the weekend and so the conching was developed by accident. Who knows, but it's a nice story. What is a fact is that you can experience the taste of conched chocolate when you eat the Hello Nice To Sweet You Frozen Yogurt bar. It's a unique chocolate experience, kind of a smooth and delicious gourmet taste. The creamy milk chocolate and the fruity frozen yogurt filling complete one another perfectly. Hello I love you Frozen Yogurt bar!

Lindt Creation Papaya OR Mango-Maracuja

We thought one Lindt bar in your German candy subscription box is not enough, so here comes the second bar. Lindt stands for high quality chocolate. If you buy a Lindt chocolate bar you have to pay more, but you also get more. Their chocolates are just phenomenal. So is this bar: Either you got the Lindt Creation Papaya bar or the Lindt Creation Mango-Maracuja (mango and passion fruit) bar. Both are very thick, because they have a rich fruit filling that is surrounded by delicious creamy milk chocolate. Do I have to say more? The fruit fillings are so good and they fit to the milk chocolate harmonically. The perfect summer chocolate!

Ritter Sport Marzipan

Yay Ritter Sport! I don’t know how many different Ritter Sport bars you already got in your monthly candy subscription box from Germany, but I’m sure you loved all of them. Same for the Ritter Sport Marzipan bar. The marzipan paste is surrounded by dark chocolate. In my opinion marzipan and dark chocolate belong together like Christmas and snow. Try it, you will see what I mean.

Knoppers Nussriegel

This Knoppers nut bar is very new on the market. Before, there were only Knoppers sandwiches. Probably you know these, because we sent them before. The nut bar reminds me of a Snickers bar and not so much of a Knoppers sandwich. But I love Snickers, so that’s perfect for me. Perhaps the Knoppers Nussriegel can be seen as the German Snickers. What do you think? Like Snickers the Knoppers bar has hazelnuts in caramel inside. What is different from Snickers is that there is a wafer inside the bar, which gives it an extra crunch and the milk cream layer is typically for Knoppers. Thumbs up for the German candy producer Storck!
